THIS TRAILER ROCKS!!! @ThatKevinSmith "Cop Out" R-Rated Trailer of 10 year old car thief!!! LOL http://ping.fm/OrlFH

Glad to be home early today and out of the nasty, cold, damp, cloudy, gray, wet and rainy NYC weather hanging with my dogs indoors :)

On the 7:01 am train to Secaucus on a Monday morning. Now that's something I've been looking forward to ALL weekend; ) !!!

Been eating right, exercising, immunizing, EmergenC-ing, Airborn-ing & I STILL GOT A NASTY COLD! Unfortunately, no long run for me today:(

4 mile run - done!!! :)
